Maintenance review
A good maintenance regime is critical to the overall performance of the lifts. Our inspectors provide independent assessment report on the existing lifts’ conditions. This includes identifying items that are in servicable or unservicable condition; and/or not up to par conditions.
We also assist building owners to review or prepare maintenance agreement so that owner are empowered with the knowledge of the equipment before signing the agreement.
